William ‘Will’ Rosenberg is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Best Care Ambulance.
Will has served as an accomplished operations executive with over 15 years of successful organizational growth and multi-state expansion within the medical transport field. He is highly skilled at creating actionable plans to deliver measurable gain in patient safety, service quality and business performance.Will has worked over two decades in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He started as a field EMT-Basic at Syracuse University where he quickly recognized his love for healthcare, ultimately earning his Paramedic certification for the state of New York. After moving to Maryland in 2001, he completed a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.
Fall of 2002 prior to acquisition, Will joined Butler Medical Transport (BMT) which, at the time, only had four employees and two ambulances in the fleet. He worked his way from a field EMT-B, to a Fixed-Wing Critical Care Paramedic, Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and is now President/CEO of Best Care Ambulance.
David Snyder Director of FinanceDavid Snyder is the Director of Finance.
Since joining BMT in January of 2019, David has been responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of our company. He financially guides the Senior Management team to pursue the company’s growth while meeting customer and ownership expectations. David has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University. Prior to joining BMT, he held the position of CFO with LifeStar Response Corporation and SteeleSoft, Inc.Tyler Reynolds Chief People OfficerTyler Reynolds is our Chief People Officer (CPO).
As CPO, she builds and maintains a company culture by overseeing all aspects of our Human Resources. Tyler leads a talent management team that specializes in end-to-end talent management, recruiting, retention, and employee values. With her combined experiences in health care and management, she works with the unique culture that is medical transportation to drive forward leaning initiatives to promote a thriving workplace and enterprise wellness. Tyler began her career in health care as a medical assistant and surgical technician for an outpatient clinic in eastern North Carolina before being promoted to the Clinic Manager. Her role as the Clinic Manager fueled her passion for leadership and team building in the workplace, leading her to achieve her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is currently working to achieve her SHRM-SCP certification.Lisa Rosenberg Director of NursingLisa Rosenberg is the Director of Nursing.
She is a Critical Care Transport Nurse (RN), as well as a National Registered Paramedic. Lisa has been a Critical Care RN for 18 years, and a Paramedic for 22 years. Currently, she oversees all Specially Care Transport (SCT) & RN trainings as well as Quality Assurance (QA). During her 13-year career at BMT, Lisa has been involved with several critical aspects of the company including inbound calls, dispatching, billing, marketing, supply inventory compliance, protocol writing, and human resources.Nate Toussaint Director of OperationsNathan Toussaint is the Director of Operations.
In this role, Nathan supports directives on the daily operations at BMT. This includes organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our management staff to meet and exceed the BMT goal of delivering highest level of quality, dignified service. Nathan has over 17 years of EMS experience, beginning in upstate New York where he worked as a Clinical Paramedic in both ground and rotor wing programs and then as the Director of Operations for Berkshire Emergency Squad Inc. in Tioga County. Nathan is currently a faculty member of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians as well as the American Heart Association. He is also an associate member of the National Collegiate Emergency Medical Services Foundation and is an alumni member of Harper’s Ferry Student Volunteer Ambulance of Binghamton University.Prior to joining BMT, Nathan worked in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was a founding member of the Johns Hopkins LIFELINE Special Operation Response Team, where he aided in the creation and deployment of a transportation team model for high consequence infectious disease patients.
Matthew Garrett Customer Solutions Center DirectorMatthew ‘Matt’ Garrett is the Customer Solutions Center (CSC) Director.
In is role with the CSC, Matt focuses on cross training, improving processes, and continuing to build upon the culture of excellence that has existed in the CSC for the past 10 years. He began his EMS career volunteering as an EMT-B with a local 911 company and a Dispatcher here with BMT. Subsequently, Matt obtained his National Registry Paramedic certification and joined the Baltimore City Fire Department. From there, Matt became a Critical Care Paramedic and continued his healthcare career at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Healthcare Administration.
